DONATION POLICY

Big Little JC Association values the trust and generosity of our donors. This Donation Policy explains how contributions are managed and applied.
1. Use of Donations
Donations support the mission, programs, services, events, operations, and community initiatives of Big Little JC Association.
Unless specifically designated by the donor and accepted by the organization, donations may be used where they are needed most.
2. Tax-Deductible Contributions
Big Little JC Association is a nonprofit organization. Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of charitable contributions.
Donation receipts will be provided when applicable.
3. Restricted Donations
The organization will make reasonable efforts to honor donor restrictions. However, if a designated program is discontinued or fully funded, funds may be redirected to similar mission-related purposes.
4. Refund Requests
Donations are generally considered final and non-refundable.
If a donation was made in error or an unauthorized transaction occurred, donors should contact the organization within 30 days of the transaction date for review.
5. Donor Privacy
Donor information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold, rented, or shared for commercial purposes.
